“How can I help my child into a working life?”

Information for Parents and Families

Parents and families

Work placement programs form part of NSW Secondary School curriculum. They are for students in Years 11 and 12 who are enrolled in the Higher School Certificate industry recognized courses. Work placement enables your child to spend a period of time in an industry based setting, enhancing their classroom learning and building their industry skills.

Careers Network is committed to supporting your child through this process by facilitating a suitable work placement.
