Teachers seeking Workplacement for students enrolled in VET courses are required to complete the Information and Workplacement Request Forms for their own school from the links on the left.
 
Information forms should be completed at the commencement of the school year.
 
Workplacement Request Forms need to be completed at least 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the workplacement.
